Based on the belief that each community faces unique challenges and strengths in developing and sustaining a Multidisciplinary Team and Child Advocacy Center, CARCC provides individualized assessment and consultation services to eligible counties in New York State. These services enable the selected county to assess their level of team functioning, identify their current challenges, and create outcome-orientated goals. CARCC provides regional trainings throughout the year. CARCC's co-sponsored trainings are designed to enhance critical skills in team building, forensic interviewing, and medical examinations. CARCC also hosts a statewide Building Justice for Children Training Seminar, and is coordinating its next one for 2007.
