The New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) offers a schedule of teleconference trainings throughout the year for mandated reporters and other child abuse professionals. OCFS maintains a network of satellite downlink sites across New York State. Participants are encouraged to attend at a downlink site convenient for themselves and advised to contact the downlink site in advance to ensure space availability.
